*** I have added the red and white "Castrol" decals myself. Previous owner (s) have glued chassis to rear part *** Collectable model. Not suitable for children. Please see all photos in case I have missed anything. Description: Vintage. Dinky Toys Meccano. No.450. Bedford T.K. Box Van. Castrol. Green, diecast and plastic model delivery van with white and red decals. Made in England. With original box. Some new decals and partially restored. I've never added decals before. I think I have done a good job though I cannot vouch for their longevity. The chassis has been re-glued at some point. There is glue around the bolt and chassis frame. Where the chassis has been re-fixed there is a small amount of movement between front and rear sections. (Not too major). Paintwork has reasonably minor wear. I think the green is original paint. If it has been re-painted I would suggest this was a while ago due to the wear it currently has. There is some touching up to the silver parts. Small split in rear sliding door. Side door and rear door slide up and down ok, but can be fiddly. Some marks to sliding doors. Tyres are in good condition. Small tax disc sticker on corner of windscreen. Wheels turn well. Box: Rip at one corner. Dents across top panel, running entire length. Original price sticker at one end. Some marks and general age related wear. Approximate dimensions taken at widest points: 14 x 5.3 x 7 cm.
