In the 1970's Dinky Toys decided to manufacture this 1973 Superior Criterion Rescuer Ambulance on a Cadillac Chassis, no suspension, dummy beacon, one-piece molded plastic wheels and tires, 4-spoke rims, with blue tinted windows. It is a Replica of Ambulance - Superior Coach Corporation (USA). It is 1:43 scale. You already know Dinky Toys are made in England. As always Dinky Toys makes awesome Toys & this is no exception. It's made of Diecast Metal & although it's preowned, this one is in very good condition. Unfortunately, there is no box with it. The back door opens to reveal a patient on a stretcher that comes out, so realistic, right. The license plate reads, "65-441-H" & I'd love to know it's history, but I do know it is Ref. #288C.
