This made in England Dinky Toys #972 Cole’s 20 ton mobile crane is fully functional with light paint chipping and 6 perfect original gray tires so check the photos to confirm condition. I believe that the lines to the hook and to raise and lower the boom are strong original. When you let out line to the hook you have to pull it out as you unwind it as the hook is not heavy enough to do that. I do offer free returns to U.S. buyers.
