What a beautiful fan! I've attempted to upload a video of it working about 100 times and eBay is just not cooperating, so feel free to message me if you'd like to see it and I'll try and send it that way. Suffice to say that the fan is in excellent working order, oscillates nicely, is quiet and does NOT get hot when running for any period of time (we've tested it for about thirty minutes at a time). As we do with all vintage electric appliances, we recommend that you have the wiring checked by a professional prior to use, but we have had no problems with it exactly as is.
